It was a windy day at the beach

It was a windy day at the beach.  The water was invigorating and cold. I went out to catch some waves. They were bigger then normal because of the wind.

About 10 ft. away, a seal popped its head up, floated on its back. It looked at me with its furry mustache. Then went right back down under water. I didn’t see it again. Then about 20 ft. away, 2 dolphins arched their fins up out of the water, they cruised along the waves for a few seconds then went back down.

This happened all within a minute. It was an amazing sight. Since I was in the water, I felt like I was right in their world. It was as if they were saying hello, welcome to our ocean.
